My purchase was through Volkswagen of Mystic not Old Saybrook. I had the pleasure of working with Peter Omichinski as my sales representative. He was knowledgeable about VW and extremely passionate. I knew the type of car I wanted going into it, and he did not disappoint. I was extremely nervous with the process due to never having bought a new car prior to this event. He calmed my fears in the situation and was just as excited about my purchase as I was! Hands down wouldn't have wanted anyone else to sell me my car. During the financial process, I was blessed with working with Phil Dugas "The Canadian". He explained every detail of my loan process, and the types of coverage I could get with various plans to for my new car. He was very thorough and ensured I understood the process, also what I was accepting before going forward. This was an amazing experience, and I would not want to go to anywhere else after the care I received form them.

Prompt, efficient, and responsive service, as I have come to expect. My only regret is that VW is no longer selling Passats in North America. I would certainly buy another one now (Jetta is too small, alas; I don't like hatchbacks).

Everyone was incredibly helpful and actually fun to be around. Wes, my salesman, was so patient as I was struggling to find the right model. His suggestions helped me in to the best fit for me. Danny was easy and to work with and I ended up with a great deal. All the paperwork was done with "The Canadian" who was quick and efficient. I appreciated the atmosphere as you felt like family.
