I called to set up a service appointment a week ahead. Dave was the Service Consultant that I spoke to. The day and time that I asked for was available. All the work that I wished to have done, Dave wrote down, and then went over everything that I had mentioned. He made the whole process so easy, and stress free!

The appointment set up was so smooth and fast! The only reason it wasn't a five star rating was that it took a lot longer than I was told to expect for my oil change (but I know that it was busy), and the sticker says I'm due in 10k miles and I thought that normally it says 5k miles.
