The customer service agent at the desk, forgot that I was waiting in the lounge and called to tell me that my car was available. It seems like nothing was fixed nor updated in the software update. It was very underwhelming and a waste of time.

My service appt was on a Friday and I was told I needed four new tires as well as my 70000 service. I approved all services on Friday afternoon. When I went to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday afternoon after receiving a call that it was all set. When I got there they had not ordered the new tires and upon inspection I was told I did not really need tires for another 10000 miles. The service and communication is not the same as it has been in the past 4 years that I have been using the dealership.
