    Dave at Old Saybrook VW was super helpful. He was clear and informative, and the information he gave me was accurate. I was nervous about going to a dealership because of potential high costs but my warranty covered all my costs & Dave was clear from the beginning about that.

    Dave was nothing but communicative, kind, and extremely helpful. I had to leave my car in the parking lot on Labor Day due to sudden cylinder timing issues and he got back to me very quickly the next day during the time I asked to be contacted. From then on, he answered every question and reached out to give me updates, and was very kind when we played a little phone tag. I wish Dave worked in MD, where I could go to him with every car concern I have.
