I went for an oil change. The technician did not put the plug-in tightly and all my oil leaked out! Thank God, a neighbor saw the oil so I didn’t continue driving the car or else I would’ve had a huge problem on my hands. But the fact that I had to be so inconvenienced by getting my car towed to Volkswagen, etc. I also asked them to check my tire pressure, which they did not do which I found out a week later As my tire pressure alert came on for 3 tires. I have had three Jettas. And have had very few problems with Volkswagen, but I have to say I am losing my confidence, especially in the service department. I barely got an apology.
