The gentleman at the desk, I think his name was Dave. Was incredibly helpful - he answered all my questions kindly and with great patience. He even provided a 15% coupon for me. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

I love my VW car. It's concerning that every time I go for service, its always different service reps to check me in. They are nice but this Saturday you were very much shortstaffed. Phones were ringing and people were stading awaiting to be helped. My swrvice appnt was OK. I was very disappointed that my glove box was totally gone through. I am not sure what they were looking for but in put my items back it was done with NO care. My items were literally shoved back with no care. I was so disappointed.
