VW of Old Saybrook provided exceptional service. We were on vacation, 200 miles from home, when we got an error message on the dashboard and the car failed to accelerate beyond 5mph. We called this service center on a Saturday morning, and spoke with a service advisor, Gerrell, who invited us to come in for an assessment. He made it clear that he could not promise that the issue would be resolved that day but that he could connect us with a rental if need be so that we could return home as planned. The technician identified the issue, the service center had the part that required replacement, and the work was done. Our family was able to have our vacation day as planned, and we picked up our vehicle that same evening. The communication was excellent and the service top notch!
