My service appt was on a Friday and I was told I needed four new tires as well as my 70000 service. I approved all services on Friday afternoon. When I went to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday afternoon after receiving a call that it was all set. When I got there they had not ordered the new tires and upon inspection I was told I did not really need tires for another 10000 miles. The service and communication is not the same as it has been in the past 4 years that I have been using the dealership.
